1. Healthcare & Telemedicine Services

EduAfya provides a technology platform connecting patients with independent, licensed medical professionals for doctor discovery, appointment booking, audio/video consultations, and health tracking tools.

Medical Emergency Disclaimer:

EduAfya is NOT intended for life-threatening medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency emergency response services immediately.

2. User Account & Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information during account registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious files or deceptive health requests.

3. Doctor Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointment bookings are subject to doctor availability. Users must follow cancellation and rescheduling guidelines specified within the app. Refunds for cancelled consultations are governed by EduAfya's billing policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, content, software code, UI designs, and health tools on EduAfya are the exclusive intellectual property of EduAfya. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
